This Excel file has a sheet that the users print using the Kyocera on 11x17 paper.Each user has their own dedicated HP printer and there is also a shared Kyocera Office printer that everyone uses if the situation requires it.Multiple users access this file from their respective workstations. We have an Excel file that is commonly used sitting on a network drive.I wanted to post again to see if anyone has found a better workaround since then as the options described in the older post aren't sufficient for my situation.
